The Fees Required To Catch The Wildlife And Birds
The fees
required to catch the wildlife and birds or insects or bacteria pursuant to
10 Amended by Third Amendment.
Rule 22 shall be as prescribed in Schedule -2 and such fees may be paid
as follows –
(a) The chief may recover the required fees from the applicant by
making a condition that the whole required fee or its fifty percent
to be paid at the beginning and the Fifty percent after catching the
concerned wildlife or birds.
(b) If any wildlife or birds died during the catching or after catching,
it shall be counted in the number that has been allowed to catch in
the license and the fees required for them shall also be paid.
(c) If the Chief has convinced that any licensee, who has received the
license to catch any wildlife or birds, has been unable to catch
any wildlife or any wildlife or bird has not died or been injured
during the catching, he/she shall return up to seventy-five percent
of the amount of the fees that has to be paid by the licensee.
